Background
Paul retired from the Winnipeg Police Service in 2024 following 23 years of service.
During his time with the WPS, Paul worked in the Communications Centre, Research & Development Unit, Human Resources Division, Evidence Control Unit and Community Relations Division.
WPS Career highlights include:
Appointment to the Manual Rewrite Team Project.
Recipient of Certificates in Volunteer Management (Level 1 & 2).
Promoted to Coordinate the Community Volunteer Program.
